In this category, the judges were looking for entrants who could explain the intricacies of individual medical insurance plans and recommend products that suit their clients' needs. They were also looking for evidence of after sales service, attention to clarity and the ability to successfully demystify the market for clients.

All of these factors were evident in Essential Healthcare's entry according to the judges who added, " Brian's entry represents a proper broking job. It's a perfect example of how it (brokering) should be done. He offers real value and good after sales service".
